Sue's practical business focus, strong relationship building and belief that people make a difference continue to energise the SRS team to deliver the best for every client. Sue has a background in retail operational management and over 20 years management development, team development and coaching experience.

Sue Mattingley - Principal Consultant
Sue has 20 years experience in HR and People Development . She believes that learning should be a fun experience and she brings practicality and enthusiasm to all her work. Participants on Sue's workshops remember a great deal and are ready to implement actions as they are enjoying themselves and at ease in the group. Sue also enjoys coaching and works with middle and senior managers in a very practical way to ensure they are able to progress their own development.

Helen Fraser - Principal Consultant
Helen brings to the team over 15 years experience in line management and project management from within the commercial and service sector, so she has a strong ability to relate to the participants and the issues they face. Helen is an enthusiastic and practical developer who cares passionately about enabling individuals to make a difference in the workplace.
